Fujian Dongshan County Ocean star Aquatic Food Co., Ltd
Fujian Dong Shan Ocean star Aquatic Products Co., Ltd is located at Xi Di port, Dong Gu, Dong Shan County. Our company was established on September 27, 2003, with a total investment of more than 50 million RMB, registered capital of 6,000,000 RMB. The area of our company is 45 acres. We have 5 (+2) refrigeration plants, (the capacity is 250 tons / day), a refrigerating chamber of 7500 square meters, (the capacity of storage is 20,000 tons), and a production workshop of 6000 square meters.
The company completed construction and went into production in 2004. In 2005, our company registered as trade enterprises. In June 2005 our company has gone through procedures including registrations, commodity inspection, and taxation. In 2006 we officially began to run the export. In 2007 august we registered as aquatic products processing enterprises specializing in forage fish and edible sea food. The products are exported after washing, screening, freezing, preserving heat and other processing products under the supervisor of DongShan CIQ in line with the export of aquatic products health requirements.
In 2007 our export amounted to 7.06 million U.S. dollars, 2008, to 10.5 million U.S. dollars. And our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asian. And the annual capacity of processing aquatic products reaches to 15,000 tons.
There are Import, export departments, Finance department, Production department departments.we have 30 managers, production and processing staff 200 people, 500 temporary seasonal workers in our company.
The company has developed a set of scientific, integrity, sound financial management system and warehouse management system. We strictly comply with national regulations and tax laws and financial system. We also set up scientific, integrity, the legitimacy of the business books; financial staff, warehouse the division of financial staff, warehouse labor is clear-cut; customs accounts, bank accounts, businesses account is under the charge of the professional staff. All the accounts are under the supervisor of the china commodity inspection bureau, tax official, customs offices. So the business records, bills are true, and effective. Regarding to the warehouse management system the accounts are clear. The quantity, name, specifications listed on signs of goods are all done by a professional staff. The warehouse management system can make sure all business in order. In the past two years there are not any smuggling and illegal records. If there were the manager will be responsible for that.
